view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the JMADA submits that as per the scheme of the JMADA, a sum of Rs.50,000/(Fifty Thousand) has been transferred in the account of the petitioner. He further submits that the rest of the amount shall be released as per the scheme of the JMADA.
In view of his such submission, the contempt proceeding is
dropped and the contempt petition is disposed of.
