05/17.06.2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the representation has been disposed of on a non-est ground as the same is not in accordance with law and therefore a liberty may be given to challenge the order passed by the opposite parties before an appropriate forum.
2. Mr. Aoorva Singh, learned A.C. to S.C. Mines-II appearing for the opposite parties submits that as per the direction passed by the writ court the opposite parties have been directed to dispose of the representation and the same has been disposed of accordingly vide a reasoned order which is annexed as Annexure ‘C’ to the show cause filed on 26.04.2022.
3. In view of the aforesaid facts and submission of both the parties, the instant application has been disposed of with a liberty as prayed for by the petitioners.
