Heard both the learned counsels.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court and by this Court also, such as, Roshan Mahto, Guddu Goswami, Bishwanath Gorai, Raj Kumar Singh, Raju Paswan and Vikash Singh vide orders dated 9^th June 2022, 12^th May 2022, 4^th July 2022, 12^th July 2022, 15^th July 2022 and 1^st September 2022 respectively in BA Nos. 4020 of 2022, 3775 of 2022, 3776 of 2022, 7318 of 2022, 6769 of 2022 and BA No. 8455 of 2022 and the case of the petitioner is on similar footing. Hence, he may also be released on bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail but he has not denied the cited bail orders.

Having heard both counsels, gone through the records of the case and in the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner, named above, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Jamshedpur, in connection with Sonari PS Case No. 219 of 2021, corresponding to GR Case No. 604 of 2022, subject to the condition that petitioner shall report to the concerned police station on every last Saturday of the month, between 01:00 and 05:00 p.m. for one year, failing which or if any adverse remarks regarding his non- appearance at the police station, his bail-bond shall be liable to be cancelled. Any exemption to such attendance shall be done so after direction from the learned Court below.

Copy of this order be given to the Superintendent of Police of the concerned district.
