The applicant, who is remanded in this case on 10.12.2021, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Sonari P.S. Case No.132 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
From perusal of the record, it appears that cognizance has been taken on 08.03.2022 and the police paper has been received by the Court on 29.06.2022 but till date, even charge has not been framed. The allegation is of snatching but no TIP has been made.
Considering the period of custody and the fact that investigation is complete, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant, above named, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Jamshedpur, in connection with Sonari P.S. Case No.132 of 2019, on the condition that the applicant will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and also submit his mobile number before the learned court below which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
