It appears that as per complaint petition, informant is a resident of Kewala, P.O. Singarwa, Chouparan District Hazaribag and petitioner belongs to different village of district Hazaribag. It is alleged that on 20.02.2019 complainant along with her mother-in-law and father-in-law had gone to see Itkhori Mahotsava at Maa Bhadrakali Temple. At about 6.30 p.m. she along with her mother-in-law had gone towards Mahane river to serve the call of natural, present petitioner in a drunken state approached near the complainant, using vulgar words and started kissing and pressing her breast. She raised alarm, her mother in law, father-in-law came, caught hold of the accused, who disclosed his name as Suraj Kumar (present petitioner). It is alleged that on the way to Ithkori petitioner in pretext of toilet fled away from the way. Again on 24.02.2019 the complainant went on Itkhori police station but case was not registered, hence, this complainant case was lodged. From the perusal of the document submitted by the petitioner and the plea taken during argument, it appears that petitioner has been involved in this case due to some ulterior motive with a view to spoil his reputation.
