Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Deoghar (Town) P.S. Case No. 501/2021, corresponding to G.R. No. 2121/2021 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Deoghar.
On 08.10.2021, informant was waylaid by 7 to 8 unknown persons at Jalsar. Accused persons looted motorcycle of the informant.
From the impugned order it transpires that name of this petitioner has come in the confession of Co-accused Rocky.
It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he has been put on T.I. parade it was further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Town) P.S. Case No. 501/2021, corresponding to G.R. No. 2121/2021.
