Heard, learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Sunil Kumar Agarwal has submitted that restoration application has been filed to restore W.P.(C) No.7517 of 2012 to its original file, which has been dismissed for default due to non-compliance of order dated 17.06.2015 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Prashant Kumar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Sunil Kumar Agarwal has further submitted that reason for non-compliance of order has been mentioned in paras 6, 7 and 8 of the restoration application, as such, restoration application may be allowed granting two weeks time to remove the defect(s) in the writ petition being W.P.(C) No.7517 of 2012.

Learned counsel for the State, Mr. Rahul Kamlesh, AC to G.A.-II has no objection.

Considering the submissions of the parties, the restoration application is hereby allowed and W.P.(C) No.7517 of 2012 is restored to its original file. Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Sunil Kumar Agarwal is directed to remove the defect(s) in W.P.(C) No.7517 of 2012 within a period of two weeks.

Let W.P.(C) No.7517 of 2012 be listed on 29.03.2022 under appropriate heading.
