Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that I.A. No. 4476/2021 has been filed for withdrawal of present writ petition, which was filed for issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the Certificate Officer-cum-Sub Divisional Officer, Gumla (respondent no. 3) in Certificate Case No. 01/2005-06 to conclude the Certificate Proceedings expeditiously by taking necessary legal action for recovery of arrears of wages with interest till date payable to the petitioner pursuant to Decision / Order contained in Award dated 19.10.2004 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Ranchi in connection with M.J. 5/98.
