Order dated 02.11.2021 reads as follows:
“ 03/02.11.2021 Nobody appears for the petitioner even on repeated calls.
2. The instant writ application relates to appointment of the petitioner on the post of Constable as he comes within the zone of consideration pursuant to the advertisement published vide Advertisement No.1 of 2004. It appears that now the petitioner is not interested in this case inasmuch the entire process of selection must be over by now.
3. Be that as it may, since the matter has been listed after a long gap, with a view to give one more opportunity, put up this case on 29.11.2021.”
2. Even today none appears for the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the respondent-State is present.
3. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in this case.
4. In view of the aforesaid fact and also that the entire process of selection vide Advertisement No. 01 of 2004 is over; the instant writ application is dismissed for nonprosecution.
