It is pointed out by learned counsel for the proforma respondents that they have also challenged the same order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in W.P. (S) No. 4599 of 2017, which is pending before this Court and is listed today itself.

Accordingly, leave as sought for, is granted for withdrawal of this writ petition.

I.A. No. 3979 of 2021 stands disposed of.

However, implementation of the order of Central Administrative Tribunal will depend upon the result of the pending writ petition, i.e., W.P. (S) No. 4599 of 2017.
