Heard, learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. S.N. Das has submitted that defendants/appellants/petitioners have preferred the Title Appeal No.66 of 2011 under Order XLI Rule 27 and 151 of CPC to adduce additional evidence, but during pendency of the writ petition before this Court the Title Appeal No.66 of 2011 has already been disposed on 14.02.2020 by learned District Judge-Xth, Hazaribag, as such, the instant writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1-5 & 7, Mr. Laxman Kumar has endorsed the same.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. I.A. No.8502 of 2019 and I.A. No.11179 of 2018 stand closed.
