The writ petitions have been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent these matters have been heard on merit.
Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners on instruction seeks permission to withdraw these writ petitions as the matters have become infructuous.
Mr. Niraj Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent-Union of India and Mr. Gaurav Abhishek, learned counsel for the respondent-State are present and they have got no objection if the permission is accorded.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the writ petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn.
