The present interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh one on the ground that the additional documents/facts could not be brought on record while filing the present writ petition.
Mr. Abhay Prakash, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 to 4, has
got no objection to the said prayer.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present interlocutory application, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present writ petition.
The present interlocutory application stands disposed of.
