to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to approach in the Court below for
regular bail.
In that view of the matter, the present appeal is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn. However, Court below is directed to consider the case on its own merit, as early as possible, after hearing the parties, without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
