Pursuant to the order dated 15.05.2019 a report call has been called for from the Officer Incharge of Taljhari P.S. in the district of Sahibganj.
It is evident from the report that the sole appellant Ramesh Mumu @ Ramu Murmu has expired on 20.07.2013.
Today also nobody has appeared on behalf of the appellant.
In view of the aforesaid, several 30 days has been elapsed but no application has filed on behalf of the appellant to take leave of this Court to pursue the matter. Accordingly, this appeal gets abated. Thus the appeal is disposed of as abated.
