1. The instant criminal revision application has been filed against the impugned order dated 08.06.2015 passed by the learned P.D.J.-cumPrincipal Judge (Family Court), Latehar in Maintenance Case No.11 of 2014 (Misc. Case No.23 of 2011), whereby and whereunder, the application under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the opposite party, has been allowed and the revisionist has been directed to pay Rs.2,000/- per month to the opposite party as maintenance.
2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the revisionist that the wife has left the matrimonial home without any valid reason. The wife is highly educated and is capable to maintain herself.
3. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the court below after considering the entire materials brought on record by the parties, has awarded meagre amount of Rs.2000/- per month to the opposite party as maintenance.
4. In view of above observation, this Court does not find any reasonable reason to interfere with the impugned order dated 08.06.2015. Accordingly, the present criminal revision is, hereby, dismissed.
