1. Since the present revision application has been filed against the order of interim maintenance which has been provided to the wife vide dated 26.09.2018, passed by the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamshedpur, in Maintenance Case No.45 of 2018, the learned counsel for the revisionist seeks permission to withdraw the same with a liberty to raise all the issues before the court below, if the proceedings is still pending.
2. Learned A.P.P has no objection.
3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the revisionist, the present criminal revision application stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
4. Pending I.A. No.2768 of 2019 also stands disposed of.
