This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioner with a prayer for modification of the order dated 24.01.2020 passed in ABA No. 151 of 2020.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that vide order dated 24.01.2020 passed in ABA No. 151 of 2020, the opposite party no. 2 of this case was given the privilege of anticipatory bail upon depositing the Rs. 8,50,000/- by way of demand draft drawn in favour of the Registrar, Civil Court, Ranchi and it was also ordered that at the time of conclusion of trial, the trial court will pass appropriate order regarding the said amount if any, deposited by the petitioner. It is fairly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no ground has been mentioned in the body of the petition as to why the order is to be modified.
Considering the fact that admittedly no ground to modify the order dated 24.01.2020 passed in ABA No. 151 of 2020 has been mentioned in the petition, this court is not inclined to allow the petition accordingly, the same is rejected.
This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly.
