This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent the matter has been heard on merit.
Petitioner has preferred this petition for quashing of F.I.R. in connection with Tatisilway P.S. Case No. 30 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 2256 of 2014.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner and his son have not submitted forged document for obtaining loan rather the petitioner is co-operating with the investigation inspite of that the petitioner has been dragged in this case.
With regard to all the defence of the petitioner, this court is sitting under section 482 Cr.P.C., is not required to roam whether any case is made out against the petitioner or not. Accordingly, no interference is required by this

Court.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the points at the appropriate stage.
Learned counsel for the State has got no objection.
Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
