5/16.07.2021 The lawyers have no objection with regard to the proceeding, which has been held through video conferencing today at 10.30 A.M. They have no complaint in respect to the audio and video clarity and quality.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.
By filing this application, prayer has been made to recall the condition, which was imposed upon the petitioner while granting bail vide order dated 26.09.2018 in B.A. No. 5763 of 2018.
While releasing the petitioner on bail, it was directed that the petitioner will perform social service in PMCH, Dhanbad, once in a week.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the date of the release of the petitioner till date, he is performing the social service in PMCH, Dhanbad. He submits that now since he has sufficiently complied the order, this condition may be recalled.
This fact has also been supported by the report, which has been
received by this Court.
Considering the submission of the petitioner and in view of the fact that he has served in PMCH, Dhanbad for nearly three years, once in a week, I am inclined to recall the condition. Hence, the said condition is hereby recalled. Henceforth, the petitioner is not required to attend social service in PMCH, Dhanbad, as directed earlier vide order dated 26.09.2018 in B.A. No. 5763 of 2018.
Thus, this application stands disposed of.
