has been filed by way of supplementary counter affidavit dated 05.04.2021
From perusal of the supplementary counter affidavit, it appears that
the pension of the petitioner has been revised.
In view of the statements made in the supplementary counter affidavit, I do not find any reason to proceed further in the matter.
Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped.
