It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been named on the basis of the confessional statement of other coaccused namely, Lakhan Sao @ Lakhan Saw. It is also submitted that other coaccused namely, Lakhan Sao @ Lakhan Saw, Arjun Ganjhu, Raghubir Sahu, Santosh Yadav, Shourabh Jee @ Shourabh Ganjhu, Pradeep Ram @ Pradeep Verma, Kamkhya Ganjhu @ Anishchay Ganjhu @ Anishchay Jee @ Kedar Singh @ Kadak Singh @ Kamakhya Ganjhu, Ram Lakhan Sahu @ Lakhan Saw, Binod Ganjhu @ Binod Kumar Ganjhu and Birbal Ganjhu have already been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No.6057 of 2018, B.A. No. 10491 of 2020, B.A. No. 10602 of 2020, B.A. No. 12168 of 2020, B.A. No. 549 of 2021, B.A. No. 666 of 2021, B.A. No. 2862 of 2021, B.A. No. 4362 of 2021 and B.A. No.4214 of 2021 respectively, vide orders dated 24.07.2018, 06.01.2021, 07.01.2021, 01.02.2021, 08.02.2021, 09.02.2021, 17.03.2021, 14.06.2021 and 18.06.2021 respectively. It has also been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2021 and hence, he may be enlarged on bail.
