Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has committed murder of his daughter-in-law. It is then submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no eye witness to the occurrence and the petitioner has been implicated in this case only because there were several panchayati in the village in connection with treatment of cruelty meted out to the deceased by the petitioner and his family members. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased died out of illness and in the post mortem report of the deceased, no external or internal injury was found by the doctor. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been in judicial custody since 23.09.2020 as mentioned in paragraph 14 of the bail application and the petitioner is ready and willing to co-operate with the trial of the case hence, the petitioner may be released on bail.
