The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber)
P.S. Case No. 43 of 2021.
It has been alleged that the petitioner was apprehended by the police and from his possession mobile with sims were recovered. He was suspected to be involved in cyber crime.
Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequently in another case warrant of arrest has been issued against the petitioner. It has been stated that the petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2021 and barring the subsequent case, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
Learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer.
Regard being had to the aforesaid fact, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 43 of 2021, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner.
