Heard Mr. Arvind Kumar Choudhury, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Jayant F. Toppo, the learned SC (L&C) III appearing for the respondent-State.
The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for a direction
upon the respondents to accept/register the sale deed executed and presented by the petitioner in favour of the performa respondents with regard to Basauri land of Mouza Dhouni No.201 within Jasidih N.A.C Ward No.2, J.B.No.5/1 Part of Plot No.24 Sub Plot No.34(Part) and 35 (Part) Area 1,620 duly purchased by the petitioner by two registered

deed dated 26.3.2004 and 23.8.2006.
At the outset, Mr. Jayant F. Toppo, the learned SC (L&C)III appearing for the respondent-State submits that the identical matter has also been decided by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No.6542 of 2016 which was disposed of on 07.01.2020 by way of giving opportunity to the petitioner to present the respective sale deeds through their vendors before the respondent No.5. However, in this writ petition Sub-Registrar is made as respondent No.4. On presentation of the said sale deeds, the respondent No.4 shall either admit the same for registration or otherwise shall take steps in terms with the provisions of Section 71 of the Indian Registration Act, 1908. With the aforesaid observation, the said writ petition was disposed of.
Mr. Choudhary, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this matter may be disposed of in view of the above order dated 07.01.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.6542 of 2016.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the Order dated 07.01.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.6542 of 2016.
