Mr. Deepak Kumar, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 is present. He submits that this writ petition has been filed against the Interim Order of maintenance. He further submits that the final order has been challenged in Criminal Revision No.1130 of 2017. He further submits that the criminal revision has been decided by this Court whereby the criminal revision has been dismissed by order dated 08.07.2019.
In view of the above submission of Mr. Deepak Kumar, the learned counsel, it appears that this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. I.A., if any, shall also stand dismissed.
