After some argument, Mr. J.N. Upadhyay, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with the liberty to approach the authority concerned by way of filing representation.
Learned counsel for the respondent-State is present and she has got no
objection, if such liberty is provided.
This Court without going into the merit of this case, dispose of the writ
petition with the aforesaid liberty.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
