02/ 06.02.2020 The petitioner has approached this Court for direction upon the respondents to take a decision in the case of the petitioner regarding compassionate appointment/employment in the light of representation dated 25.05.2011, 10.03.2018, 18.04.2018, 03.04.2018 and 12.04.2018.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed several representations regarding compassionate appointment but the respondents have not disposed of the representation till date. Learned Counsel further submits that suffice it would be if a direction be given to the respondents to take decision on the representation of the petitioner and pass order.

Learned Counsel for the respondents has not objected to the said submission.

In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the parties, I hereby direct the respondents to take decision on the pending representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
