11/ 10.09.2020 In view of outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, case has been taken up through Video Conferencing. Concerned lawyers have no objection with regard to the proceeding, which has been held through Video Conferencing today at 10:30 A.M. onwards. They have no complaint in respect to the audio and video clarity and quality.
On 19.08.2017 when the case was called out, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. However, with a view to give one more chance to learned counsel for the petitioner to press the present writ petition, this case was adjourned for two weeks. Thereafter, again adjournment was granted on 12.06.2019. Again on 17.06.2019 no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the case stood dismissed for non-prosecution.
It appears from the office note that restoration petition was filed and the same was restored. It appears that Counsel have lost interest in this case.
Today when the case was called out, no one appeared on behalf of the
petitioner.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
