The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that though pursuant to the order dated 12.11.2009, the petitioners submitted representations before the Circle Officer-cum-Jharkhand Land Compensation Claim Disposal Committee, however, the representations filed by the petitioners have yet not been decided.

Learned counsel submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondent no.6 to take a decision on the representation of the petitioners expeditiously.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State of Jharkhand raises no objection.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.6 to take a decision on the representation of the petitioners within a period of three months.
