10/14.2.2020 The instant application is directed against the judgment dated 31st May, 2014 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st , Jamtara, in Criminal Appeal No. 21 of 2011, whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioners was dismissed and the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 1st December, 2011 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamtara in P.C.R. Case No. 236 of 2000 (T.R. No. 224 of 2011), whereby the petitioners were convicted under Sections 323, 341, 365, 448 and 504 of the I.P.C and were sentenced for the aforesaid charges, has been affirmed.
