04/10.01.2020 The learned counsels for the parties state that inspite of their best efforts they could not communicate with the parties.
The petitioners have challenged the order dated 04.03.2016 passed in Original Maintenance Case No. 112 of 2015 by which their application seeking interim maintenance has been dismissed.
On the previous date of hearing the learned counsels appearing for the parties made a statement that they have no instruction whether the application under section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been finally decided or not.
Today Mr. Rohan Mazumdar, the learned counsel appears for the petitioners and Mr. Ankur Anand, the learned counsel appears for the opposite party.
They have no further instruction in the matter.
Accordingly, reserving a right in the petitioners to challenge the final order, if passed, Criminal Revision No. 356 of 2016 is dismissed for non-prosecution.
