12 /09.01.2020 This revision application has been filed against the order dated 04.02.2008 passed by the court of Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-II, Jamshedpur in Sessions Trial Case No. 193 of 2006 by which he has been pleased to frame charge against the petitioners under various Sections of Indian Penal Code and Railway Act, which is now said to be pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. II, Jamshedpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioners Mr. Indrajit Sinha seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to raise all the points that have been raised in the present petition as well as the points that may be available to the petitioners as per law, before the learned court below at appropriate stage.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite party has no objection the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 4. Considering the submissions made, this criminal revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to raise all the points which are available to them under law at appropriate stage before the learned court below. It is made clear that dismissal of this petition will not prejudice the case of the petitioners before the learned court below in any manner whatsoever.
