The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsels for the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.
9/ 07.09.2020 It is submitted that the appellant has already served the sentence and releases from custody in the year 2013 itself.
The aforesaid interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the State giving this information and it is also stated that the notice was also served to the appellant about the pendency of this appeal by the concerned Police Station. The notice has been brought on record, which shows that it was served upon the appellant on 18.06.2020.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has completed the sentence, and thereafter the appellant has never contacted him.
This appeal has thus, become infructuous and is accordingly, dismissed as such.
The aforesaid interlocutory application also stands disposed of.
