During course of argument, counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to appear before the court below on any date. He submits that because of non-appearance his bail was cancelled and coercive steps were taken against him for his re-arrest.
Considering the fact that petitioner was already on bail, I direct the petitioner to appear before the court below on or before 6th March, 2020 . If the petitioner appears, the impugned order by which non-bailable warrant of arrest was issued will not be given effect to.
If the petitioner fails to appear before the court concerned on or before the aforesaid date, the appropriate steps should be taken by the court below for execution of warrant of arrest and processes against him.
It is made clear that petitioner will remain present before the court below on each and every date till framing of charge.
Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.
