2/ 17.01.2020 Petitioner, in this criminal miscellaneous petition, seeks modification of order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Cr. Rev. No. 683 of 2019.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that one of the conditions in the order granting bail is that the father should be one of the bailers, but, the father also being an accused, cannot stand as bailer.
Considering the aforesaid submission, I modify the order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Cr. Rev. No.683 of 2019 to the extent that one of the bailers should be the grandfather of the petitioner, who is representing the petitioner in this case. The order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Cr. Rev. No.683 of 2019 shall be read accordingly.
This criminal miscellaneous petition is, accordingly, disposed
of.
