Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing. The lawyer have no objection with regard to the proceeding, which has been held through video conference today at 11.00 A.M. They have no complaint in respect to the audio and video clarity and quality.
Counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that in A.B.A. No. 3720 of 2020 inadvertently in the petition, a typographical error has been committed by him. He submits that Basantrai P.S. Case No. 11 of 2020 has wrongly been typed as Basantrai P.S. Case No. 11 of 2019. He submits that because of his aforesaid mistake, in the order dated 16.9.2020 of ABA No. 3720 of 2020, Basantrai P.S case number has also been mentioned as Basantrai P.S. Case No. 11 of 2019 which should have been Basantrai P.S. Case No. 11 of 2020.
Considering his submission, the P.S. Case number in the penultimate paragraph of order dated 16.9.2020 of ABA No. 3720 of 2020 be read as Basantarai P.S. Case No. 11 of 2020.
Two weeks’ time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below.
Accordingly, the instant application stands disposed of.
