Concerned lawyers have no objection with regard to the proceeding, which has been held through Video Conferencing today at 10:30 A.M. onwards. They have no complaint in respect to the audio and video clarity and quality.
Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that order of this Hon’ble Court dated 10.12.2018 passed in W.P.(S) No.2486 of 2018 has already been complied with and to that effect show cause dated 16.01.2020 has been filed.
In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, no case for contempt is made out as the order of this Court has already been complied with. Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same, if at all aggrieved.
