Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court at that stage in B.A. No. 11844 of 2019.
The petitioner no. 1 is in custody since 29.7.2019 while the petitioner No. 2 is in custody since 27.7.2019. There does not appear to be any progress in the trial.
Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioners and the observations made earlier, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (POCSO) Act cum Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Palamau at Daltonganj), in connection with Hussainabad P.S. Case No. 203 of 2019.
