The Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioner of A.B.A. No. 6311 of 2019 is that the petitioner has cheated Rs.1,300/- from Kailash Mistri, Rs.13,200/- from Keda Sao, Rs.5,400/- from Bishwanath Sao, Rs.3,600/- from Kabutri Devi, Rs.1,600/- from Zumli Devi & Rs.3,600/- from Sunbarsia Kunwar and also taken away Rs.3,600/which is the widow pension of one Marchi even after her death. It is further submitted that the petitioners of A.B.A. No. 6380 of 2019 are respectively the husband and son of the petitioner of A.B.A. No. 6311 of 2019. It is further submitted that the allegation against the petitioners are all false and there is no document in the record to implicate the petitioners in any manner in this case. It is next submitted that the petitioners undertake to jointly pay Rs.1,300/to Kailash Mistri, Rs.13,200/- to Keda Sao, Rs.5,400/- to Bishwanath Sao, Rs.3,600/- to Kabutri Devi, Rs.1,600/- to Zumli Devi & Rs.3,600/- to Sunbarsia Kunwar and also undertake to jointly deposit Rs.3,600/- with the Block Development Officer, Dandai, in the District of Garhwa, without prejudice to their defence in this case. It is then submitted that the petitioners undertake to cooperate with the investigation of the case. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioners be given the privilege of anticipatory bail.
