Heard the parties through video conferencing.

The record is put up today as the report is received from the Additional Sessions Judge-XVI, Dhanbad wherein, the learned Judge prayed for four to six months extension of time for concluding the trial and he has already examined five out of eight witnesses.

In view of the said report, four months extension is allowed from the date of receipt of copy of this order to the learned Judge to conclude the trial.
