04/ 03.09.2020 In view of outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, case has been taken up through Video Conferencing. Concerned lawyers have no objection with regard to the proceeding, which has been held through Video Conferencing today at 10:30 A.M. onwards. They have no complaint in respect to the audio and video clarity and quality.
Defect No.4, as pointed out vide S.R. dated 20.08.2019, is hereby ignored.
This C.M.P. has been filed for restoration of M.A.No.338/2015, which stood dismissed on 05.04.2019 for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 14.03.2019.
Cause has been sufficiently explained in paragraph No.4 of the C.M.P. Application. The Court is fully satisfied with the cause shown.
Accordingly, this C.M.P. is allowed and M.A.No.338/2015 is restored to its
original file.
