Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State, who opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on the fake and manipulated genealogical table land was sold. This petitioner is the purchaser of the land and the genealogical table has not been prepared by him. If land is sold by preparing a fake and manipulated genealogical table, primafacie it is the petitioner, who has been cheated by purchasing the said land.

Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to allow this anticipatory bail application. Accordingly, the petitioner, namely, Ajay Singh is directed to surrender before the Court below within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the Court below is directed to enlarge him on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Doranda P.S. Case No. 01 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
