This writ petition is under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying therein for an order of restrainment from this Court in grabbing the land of the petitioner.
It is the admitted case of the petitioner that three suits are lying pending before the civil court of competent jurisdiction but in the meanwhile the present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
Learned counsel for the petitioner after making some argument seeks permission for withdrawal of the writ petition.
Mr. Atanu Banerjee, Sr. S.C-III for the State has made no objection to such submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, accordingly disposed of.
