Heard Mr. C.S. Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner.
In this writ application, the prayer of the petitioner is for setting aside the order dated 22.01.2013 passed by learned Civil Judge, Sr. Division-I, Hazaribag in T.S. No. 120 of 2001 by which an application preferred by the defendants/ respondents has been allowed.
It has been stated that all the witnesses have been examined and the case is at the stage of argument.
In view of the fact that the trial is at its fag end, this writ application stands disposed of without interfering into the impugned order dated 22.01.2013 with a direction to the learned Civil Judge, Sr. Division-I, Hazaribag to dispose of Title Suit No. 120 of 2001 expeditiously and preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
