1. Heard Mr. D.K. Dubey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to give the benefit of A.C.P., with penal interest, which was granted to the petitioner vide Office order dated 14.9.2007 after taking appropriate step for confirmation of the said order. Prayer is also made for arrears of difference of salary with effect from the date of grant of A.C.P. till his retirement, i.e. till 30.9.2003.

Mr. Dubey submits that during pendency of the writ petition, order dated 20.11.2014 has been passed by the respondent State, whereby the petitioner’s service Book has been sent to the Office of the Accountant General for revision of pension and as such the grievance made by the petitioner in this writ petition is redressed.

4. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
