08/ 15.10.2019 At the very outset, drawing the attention of the Court towards para-9 of the counter-affidavit dated 25.09.2019, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the respondent-State that grievances of the petitioner has already been redressed inasmuch as petitioner has been appointed to the 4th grade post in the office of Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Palamu vide letter No. 1534 dated 03.09.2019 of Chief Medical Officer, Palamu.
In view of fair submission of learned counsel for the respondents, since the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court.
Resultantly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
