Dr. Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that the prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition is for making her In-Charge Principal of Mahila College, Godda, which is an affiliated College.
He further submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has resigned from that College and has joined some other college.
Mr. Gaurav Abhishek, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no objection to the statement made by Dr. Ashok Kumar Singh.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, having become infructuous.
Pending Interlocutory Application, if any, also stands disposed of.
