05/21.08.2019 Mr. Amit Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Deputy Commissioner, Hazaribagh has cancelled the jamabandi which was running in the name of several persons including the respondent nos. 6 to 11.
The prayer made in this writ application is for a direction upon the respondents to immediately and forthwith delete the names of the respondent nos. 6 to 11 whose names have wrongly been entered in Register-II.
In view of the fact that the names of the respondent nos. 6 to 11 have been deleted from the Register-II, nothing survives in the present writ application. This writ application accordingly stands disposed of.
