Husband of the petitioner was appointed as Dresser on 16.3.1988 at Gumla Sub-Jail. His services were confirmed with effect from 16.3.1991.As per the petitioner, her husband was suffering from failure of kidney as a result of which he was compulsorily retired with effect from 17.12.2016. Unfortunately, her husband expired on 16.5.2017.
Building, Dhurwa, Ranchi her case will be considered and appropriate order will be passed in accordance with law.
